Very bright private mini house with garden

Cuarto de huéspedes con acceso independiente a un patio ajardinado con baño y cocina privados con mucha luz, ya que tiene parte del tejado transparente, no permite dejar a oscuras. Tiene la cama en un altillo, dos ventanas, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Entorno muy tranquilo, a 20 minutos del centro en metro y autobús, con todos los servicios cerca, especialmente supermercados (tiene uno justo al lado y dos más a menos de dos minutos caminando). Se puede aparcar en todo el barrio sin pagar.

En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia! Disfrutaras en esta casa acogedora, amplia y con mucha luz, durante tus dias en Madrid. El patio le da el toque especial donde desayunar, comer o cenar en prácticamente todas las épocas del año. La casa se encuentra muy cerca de Plaza Castilla, zona de negocios e importantes hospitales en Madrid. Está muy bien conectada con el centro con metro directo para llegar en 20 minutos. Ideal para pasar unos días en Madrid.

Cozy, quiet and well located. A great option to STAY IN MADRID! Completely renovated and well-equiped, it is a low-ground unit (level -1) with plenty of windows facing two inner courtyards, with AC and heating system. Close to ATOCHA, and within a minute of Metro Delicias and bus stops. Relax in its private PATIO. Pet friendly. We love animals, they deserve vacations too! We want you to feel at home, and we will do everything possible for you to get the maximum of Madrid too! :)

Luminoso apartamento independiente recién reformado muy bien ubicado. Con calefacción central, bomba de calor y aire acondicionado potente y silencioso. Excelente conexión Wifi Tiene una habitación con baño, una cama doble súper cómoda y una mesa de estudio. Baño amplio con ducha de agua súper calentita. Disfruta de un patio compartido. Los ventanales proporcionan mucha luz pero también tienes cortinas blackout para dormir a oscuras…. Ideal para tu paso por la capital.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment with a large patio for totally private use. The windows all give the patio which makes it very quiet and bright. Unbeatable location: 200m from the port metro (L5/L6/day and night buses) with all amenities nearby (supermarkets, restaurants, park, madrid rio, cottage...). 15 min by metro from latina. Free street parking (white zone). If you're looking for a nice place and close to downtown, this is the place!
