Single room chalet with terrace in Retiro

Private room in shared house with the host. Villa in the neighborhood of Retiro. Large terrace. I live with Loles my cat. If you're allergic to cats or don't like them, it's not your space. Bed size 200x140 cm. We shared the bathroom. You can use the whole house, living room, kitchen, terrace, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher. Very bright house, in the photos the living room seems larger than reality. 20 minutes from the center by bus and metro, 35 minutes walk - Retiro Park 5 minutes walk.

Proper house with garden next to the center 🏠

Hi! If you are looking for a house close to the center, this is it! Nice neighbourhood, 10m by walk to Madrid Río. Full green zones. The house is spacious, it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Yours has two beds and the bathroom is just in front and only for you as I have my own too. (I would come in just for the washing machine 🤭). The best part? Our cutie yard/terrace. I have two little dogs that would love to play with you. Air-conditioning in living room. WiFi and all you need 😊 See you!

Quiet and coquette spot in Madrid

This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.

Benita House

Our house is special for its tranquility, design, space and comfort. It is perfect for a large family or two couples with children. Each floor of the house has at least one bathroom, which makes it very independent. In addition, it has two terraces with different orientations to have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The pool, in summer, is a real plus. There is also a playroom for the little ones. In short, the house is perfect for a few days off in Madrid.

beautiful casita in the colony of Ciudad jardin

pretty casita in the middle of madrid in a very quiet and wooded colony. i live in the p. Baja when I 'm. rent apartment with two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. both share bathroom. On the top floor large living room with a large table for 8 people and open kitchen with everything you need. All of private use for guests. they share with me only the entrance. With independent security door with key.Enstance minimum 1 sem.
