Bright and Spacious Apartment Plaza Mayor / La Latina

Recently renovated apartment, elevator, located in the Barrio de La Latina, 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and 10 from the Puerta del Sol. The Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two full bathrooms, one with separate shower and toilet cabin, 2 bedrooms, and an integrated kitchen room, with all appliances, in which there is a 1.35 sofa bed. Coffee and infus Open up the tall wooden shutters and let in the Spanish sun at a cool, contemporary abode with rustic wooden beams and elegant paneling. Statement white headboards and geometric accents bring the period space up to date. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. It is normally from 3pm but we will do our best to have the apartment ready for you ASAP. Anything you need during your stay, feel free to contact us! La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.

Cobblestone streets and beautiful gardens are nearby, as are the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, the area's main attractions. The apartment is perfect for groups of up to 4 adults or kids over 12 y.o. or non-walking babies. The apartment is very conveniently located in the middle of the main attractions in town. The famous Mercado de San Miguel is also there (Madrid's most renowned gastronomic market).

Two large doors open out to a balcony with views of Plaza Mayor. A tiled floor extends onto the balcony, which features potted plants and seating. The dining area is visible inside, showcasing wooden furniture and bright natural light filtering through the doors.

Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

El estudio cuenta con tres espacios, el espacio donde esta situada la cama de medidas 150x190, un sillón, bomba de calor y aire acondicionado. Los otros dos espacios son la cocina equipada con todo tipo de utensilios, vitrocerámica, cafetera, hervidor de agua y tostador; y finalmente el baño.
