1. Excellent penthouse in the center of Madrid

This charming Duplex, 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 from Gran Vía, in the heart of downtown. It's spacious and beautifully decorated. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of everything Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, a pond with fish. Antique furniture, unique pieces, wifi, TV screen cinema, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. House with a lot of peace. There are two bedrooms and an XL bed in the loft. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Ideal apartment which, along with the whole building, has been refurbished in 2022, keeping its original essence from when it was first built in the year 1600. It has been decorated by a team of interior designers and equipped with much detail to give the best experience and rest for our guests, either for work or vacation. Cozy independent apartment with kitchen-room, its own bathroom and patio. Very quiet area 10 minutes from the airport and 25 from Madrid. Air conditioning, heating, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave. Possibility of indoor parking and autonomous arrival. Views of Madrid and sunset.
