"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Comfortably and newly renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. There is a terrace at fishing and swimming water with great sunsets. The house caters for 4 people. There is a well equipped kitchen and smart TV with Netflix. This centrally located house is trendyly furnished and offers all the convenience and comfort for a nice holiday near the sea. The house is 120m2 and has a lovely south facing front garden, in short, sun all day! Located in a friendly neighborhood, ideal for families and larger groups. From the house you can walk to the beach (500 m) in 5 min. It is not allowed to smoke and /or use drugs in the house or in the garden.
