Summer house 'Het Hoeverhuisje' is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dunes and the sea, from where you can explore both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seating. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are downstairs; the bedroom with a wardrobe is upstairs. What is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.
