The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Completamente ristrutturata posizione con vista mozzafiato sul Valdarno. Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Il primo piano è composto da due camere matrimoniali ognuna dotata del proprio bagno con doccia. Giardino è moto curato,ci sono vari angoli relax, prendisole è una piscina infinity ad idrolisi

Affacciato sulla più bella piazza del centro storico di Arezzo, dove si svolge la rievocazione della Giostra del Saracino, il Piazza Grande Boutique Apartment è situato al secondo piano di un palazzo medievale, con vista sui bellissimi palazzi e le Logge Vasariane ed è una location unica nel suo genere. L'arredamento, opera della contessa Cesaroni Venanzi è stato realizzato con bellissimi mobili antichi reinterpretrati in chiave moderna ed arricchiti da contaminazioni contemporanee.

The house, fully furnished and independent, consists of a ground floor with a large living room (kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven), TV with satellite TV, a beautiful fireplace and a large wooden table and sofa bed, furnished with antique furniture in classic rustic Tuscan style. On the first floor: bathroom with shower and bedroom (double) with air conditioning.

Il Nido - a romantic fire pit

Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.

Romantic cosy flat - Toscana Italy

Very quiet village, without shops but sometimes a baker, a haberdasher or a greengrocer come to the village and sell their products, as it used to be decades ago- nice experience! In front of the B&B you can see a small church from the end of the 1800s, with a bell tower. :)
