The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

Just a 10 minute walk to Warners Bay shops which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, coffee, a pub, bowling club and assorted shops. Fully self contained with microwave, hotplate, good kitchenette. Initial breakfast items provided, muesli or rolled oats, eggs, bread, butter, spreads, tea, coffee, milk. Washing machine in bathroom & drying space outside. Host on hand.. Parking on site. NOTE: No TV provided, just a Blue Tooth speaker to play your devices through.

For the adults there is Lizotte's for entertainment, two landmark pubs, beauty spa, nail bar, hair dresses, coffee and boutique shopping.

Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Warner’s Bay Private Studio

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
