The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. You are a 10-minute walk from the centre of Porto Azzurro and the beaches with a convenient parking lot. You can reach all the destinations without using the car. The wonderful Carmignani promenade is a 15-minute walk away. Along it, you will find Barbarossa beach, Reale beach, and Terra Nera beach with a fantastic, easy walk of an hour. You have all the services in the village, rental, market, doctor, pharmacy, etc. A private and fenced garden that is always cool.

A house in the countryside suitable for people who want to get away from chaos and daily routine, is immersed in quiet greenery but 10 minutes from the center of the village, to get to the villa you have to walk about 1.5 km of viable white road.

The villa is located a few tens of meters above the seashore, completely renovated in 2019-20 and furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality; it is located in the bay of Pareti, on the western side of Capoliveri, one of the most typical and charming villages of the Elbe, which in the evening teems with shops and clubs open until late, and which is just over 2 km away.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
