In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. The villa is located in Capo d'Arco, a vast private area 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Rio Marina, which can only be accessed with permission. Very bright and overlooking the cliff, with a 180° sea view, the villa allows you to live outside, thanks to the large terrace equipped with a living area, 2 dining areas (one on the patio and one on the terrace overlooking the sea), and the magnificent private pool overlooking the bay. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Casa Chiara Island of Elba Naregno

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with no blackout blinds, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have large ceiling fans and double beds, and the bathroom is fully equipped with a convenient glass-fronted shower. The outdoor pateo has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot. Ideal to spend days at the beach without having to use the car.
