The 72 square meter apartment is in an old block which boasts all the space of yesteryear. It has been lovingly renovated and decorated, so it offers comfortable modern living. It has been split into four main rooms; the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is also an outdoor terrace. The bedroom has large built in cupboards along with a queen size bed. The bathroom has vanity, wc and shower - nice and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests have full and free access to every inch of the appartment. My business partner Andrew and/or I will remain on call for your entire stay should you ever need us, no matter the reason! We'd be thrilled to offer up all our local knowledge - from the best restaurants, bars and nightclubs to breakfasts, bakeries and butcheries; where to hike, dive, fly or surf; where to find madness, stillness, paintings or jazz or second-hand books...you'll have our numbers. The apartment is located close to a main access route onto the Atlantic Seaboard. All the Green Point bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops are around the corner. It is a 15 minute walk from the Green Point Park, too. The simplest way to get around is with Uber, otherwise meter taxis are aplenty and operate 24/7. The MyCiti bus stop is directly outside the apartment, named Skyeway. If you're driving, remember that rush hour in Cape Town is generally a little earlier, say 4pm...except on Fridays, when it's 3pm. Work life balance.

This is a wonderful open spaced apartment with plenty of light as one can watch the sun rise from one side and set between Table Mountain and Lion's Head on the other. It is 152 square meter space which is great for relaxation after exploring this glorious city and surroundings. With the keys you get access tags which you can use to go upstairs to the communal pool and roof top of the building. This space is strictly reserved for people with tags. You also use the tags to enter and exit the building either by the front entrance or via the garage. I am certainly on hand if anyone needs me. I have many recommendations which I leave once a booking has been confirmed. Everyone's needs are different so one needs only ask. This is the urban area of Cape Town and it is starting to buzz. There are new and funky places popping up all the time. Many sights are within walking distance including the Company Gardens, the Houses of Parliament, national museums, and galleries. Public transport, busses etc are available close by.
