The living area has sliding doors and a balcony from which you have a stunning view to watch the ships sail in and out of the harbour. There is one secure parking bay within the building. Full access to the large well equipped gym as well as the swimming pool and sun deck. Conferencing facilities, meeting rooms and daily office space are available upon request. The MyCiti bus stop is just outside the Icon building. It will be my pleasure to assist you in anyway I can whilst you stay in our city. I'm a full time Airbnb host so am always available to help out. This apartment is perfectly located for exploring the city. It's a gentle 15-minute stroll to the waterfront, and is at the start of the famous Long Street, which is known for its fine restaurants and bars. The tourist buses and local buses stop right outside the building making getting around a breeze. The Cape Town International Convention Center is but a stone throw away. For exploring wider a field the location is ideal given the close proximity to the main highways in and out of the city. The two main highways in and out of the city (N1 and N2) are right on your doorstep should you be exploring further afield. Fresh milk and water will be in the fridge when you arrive along with a selection of teas and coffee. You can also expect some other little treats on arrival in the form of fresh flowers, wine or champagne and chocolates or biscuits.

Mountain Views at a Smart Hilltop Home with Solar Power

Gaze over the Moot from a covered, lit dining terrace. Immaculate, clean-lined, contemporary interiors flow via sliding glass walls onto a generous wraparound deck. Black and steel accents complement airy whites, soft greys, and organic, earthy tones. We have solar power. The house has three separate bedrooms each with an En Suite bathroom on the ground level accessed through an electric gate with a small front yard. The living areas are spacious and open plan with lots of light and an outdoor feel. There is no garden, however, lots of outdoor space with an incredible view of the mountain and valley that is known as The Moot. Enjoy your stay in a relaxed, easy to care space. You will have the whole place to yourselves! Good communication is important to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. We are happy to answer any questions regarding travel, attractions, places to visit and everything that interest you. The house is at the top of a steep driveway in quiet Villieria, one of Pretoria’s oldest neighbourhoods. It is close to the highway, university, hospitals, embassies and amenities. Find shops, cafes, and restaurants just down the road. In addition to Uber and metered taxis, a bus to the Gautrain station leaves from Webb Street in the nearby Queenswood. A bus service and a bus to the Gautrain station is available just 200 meters down the road. Metered taxi's or Uber are available too. Parking for 1 car is available on the property. Situated on top of a hill, it may be a challenging drive into the driveway for some. There is a double garage with direct access into the scullery. The property is safe, enclosed and has an alarm.

Woodstock is one of the oldest suburbs in Cape Town and it features an incredible mix of diversity and cultures. This has led to a fusion of food, fashion, and design across the area's amazing restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. Most guests use Uber to get around. Some rent a car. The apartment is conveniently located in a suburban residential area of Camps Bay. This hillside neighborhood is quiet and has access to nearby restaurants, bars, the beach, and downtown. Car and taxi are good or quickest . Bus ( my citi bus ) stop is 500 meters away , every 20 minutes . The apartment is cleaned daily , except for Sundays and public holidays , however requests for either can be arranged .
