Au coeur du site classé des dunes d'Hatainville, aux portes du Cap à 5 mn à pied de la plage, duplex et jardin privatif. Salon plafond cathédrale, canapé lit pour une personne , coin repas, cheminée avec insert , salle de bain, WC séparés dressing, cuisine. Linge de maison fourni , une chambre en mezzanine ouverte avec vue sur la mer. Le duplex est situé au premier étage d'une maison du hameau piétonnier des Mielles ( très calme) Free wifi possibilité de télé travail. Gay friendly

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Close to the village and shops, 5 minutes by car, you will also have a sports field as well as 2 tennis courts. The GR223 passes at the end of the path, for hikes or walks in a protected site.
