Villa Csipak is our enjoyable Guesthouse, located in the very heart of Rovinj. We offer cosy, fully-equipped rooms & studio apartments only 500 meters away from the Old Town, city harbour, and bus station. The nearby beaches are at no more than a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and there is a supermarket and a restaurant right at the corner. If you come by car, we offer parking on our premises upon request. We speak several languages, and your questions are always welcome!

The 2-bedroom bungalows are made of wood, modern, carefully finished, tastefully furnished and nestled in the pine forest. The curtains that elegantly close the outdoor terrace ensure privacy and confidentiality. Each bungalow has a small green area, perfect for children and their outdoor games, but also convenient for older people who want to relax in the shade of the pine forest. Conveniently located on the avenue leading to the beach, the bungalows are just a short walk to the beach.

Na raspolaganju je potpuno opremljena kuhinja u tipičnoj istarskoj taverni s kaminom, natkrivena terasa sa pogledom na more, prostran vrt sa ležaljkama, solarnim tušem i roštiljem, prostor sa perilicom rublja i ostavom za bicikle te natkriveno parkiralište. My accommodation,well located,is a good solution for a sojour at Cavallino Treporti. It is easy to reach Venice and St. Mark' square. There is a pubblic boat every 30 min. leaving from Punta Sabbioni to Venice. My house has all comforts and the bedrooms have been recently renovated. It is situated next to the beach and to the bus stop to reachVenice or Jesolo. It is the ideal accommodation for couples, family with children or business travellers.

Our bungalows are located 800 m from the sea, in a very quiet area with the possibility of enjoying a vacation with the sea a stone's throw away and surrounded by nature, with all services nearby. A bike path runs along the entire coastline. You can also buy seasonal products from the Valleri farm. My family and I will be happy to give you all the information you need. Languages spoken: German, Italian, English a little :-)
