Strategic location 30 minutes by car from Engadina S.Moritz, 20 minutes from Madesimo, 40 minutes from Lake Lecco, 1.15 minutes from Milan and 5 minutes walk from a mini-market, tobacconist and bar.

The Chalet, renovated in an open space, maintains the typical characteristics of a Leventine rural house. Sun, meadows, woods and mountains will accompany your walks while starry skies will accompany your evenings.

Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Located in a quiet location near the village of Cavagnago (1020 m above sea level), this typical farmhouse in the Leventina valley offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, ideal for a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, in Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful hiking, biking and winter sports.

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

We offer a wonderful 70 sqm wooden and stone cabin on two levels with a warm and comfortable atmosphere and at the same time modern and technological, reachable from a steep 50-meter downhill road and accessible only on foot. Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the Santa Maria area, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Como, less than 15 minutes away by car.

Take a break and regenerate in this peaceful oasis. Villa Emma, a cabin immersed in the nature of Valchiavenna, a passing area between Lake Como and L'Engadina. A cosy environment awaits both to spend moments of relaxation and working remotely. From our garden you can also pick fruits and vegetables in season.
