T1 28 m2 on the ground floor of our villa with garden/pool

Hi , T1 28 m2 on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 4 people. Garden with plancha (about 100 m2) and pool (4x2 and 1.10 m deep) 15 minutes from the beaches (Canet-en-Roussillon or Saint-Cyprien) and 10 minutes from the center of Perpignan. The garden and pool are shared spaces with the three of us but can be privatized on request from October to April. We usually use the pool from 4pm to 6pm. We are a couple with a 6-year-old child. Cinema and children's parks in the town.

Apartment with 1 separate bedroom and 5 m2 terrace, ideally located on the Canet-en-Roussillon marina with views of the Corbières mountains. It is in a very quiet cul-de-sac on the third floor of a residence with elevator. It is a 450 m walk to the beach and a ten-minute walk to the city center with the resort's entertainment. The nightly rate is negotiable for long-term bookings over 15 days. The TGV train station is 15 km away with a bus stop 800 m away.
