Welcome to our dollhouse! The apartment covers 35 sqm and has a ceiling height of 2 meters, so is rather less suitable for large people. In addition, it has a furnished terrace to enjoy the warm summer nights. Rommelsbach is a quiet suburb of Reutlingen. By city bus you are quickly in the city center (about 10 minutes). But not only in Reutlingen, but also in the neighbouring town you can shop until the credit card glows: The "Outlet City" Metzingen is a 5-minute drive. The biosphere area Schwäbische Alb also invites you to enjoy hiking and nature. We ourselves are an open, nice family with two children, are always ready to give information about the surroundings and also like to have a chat.

The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot).
