One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. The apartment is located on the third floor of a small apartment building and consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In addition, the apartment has a great roof terrace with views over the city and a lockable garage. Nearby are the thermal baths, the city center, grocery stores, a pharmacy, several restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlors, cafes, tennis court ... Ideal starting point for walks and excursions.

Appartement St. Valentin bei Trauttmansdorff

Our completely renovated apartment in Merano/St. Valentin is in the immediate vicinity to the world-famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Palace. A bus stop is just 3 minutes walk away. The corresponding basement compartment, which can be reached on the ground floor, is freely available and can be used, for example, for storing wheels/skis, etc., or for loading e-bikes. An electric petrol station with 2 parking spaces is about 5 min. walk away.

Stachelburg Residence - Living within historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Kühberghof-Laugenwohnung

New two-room apartment (75 m²) on a typical South Tyrolean farm, in a quiet location at 950m, with wonderful views of the Adige Valley. The farm runs a horse pension; it also houses a few sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house, independent, with fully equipped kitchen and incl. Bed linen & towels. In front of the house is a trampoline and swings. Minimum 3 nights.
