The wash house

The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. Ruhig gelegen, mitten im Grünen, erwartet euch ein Rückzugsort fernab von Lärm und Hektik – mit weitem Blick in die Natur und bei klarer Sicht bis in die Chiemgauer Alpen. Hier hört ihr nichts außer Vogelgezwitscher und das sanfte Muhen unserer Galloway-Rinder. Perfekt, um abzuschalten, durchzuatmen und den Alltag hinter euch zu lassen.

Dank Waschmaschine kannst du auch mit kleinem Gepäck reisen. Zum Apartment gehört ein eigener Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage, ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

Modern room in a new single-family home

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.
