Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Mitten in der Altstadt – und gleichzeitig ein heller, offener Rückzugsort über den Dächern. Während unten das Leben pulsiert, genießen Sie oben die loftartige Wohnung, Licht, Weite und den Blick ins Grüne. Cafes, Restaurants, Biergärten sind im direkten Umfeld. Der Bäcker ist im Haus. The duplex apartment was built in a terraced house style and accordingly has separate access from the outside. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. Directly in front of it is the associated parking space under a carport. The apartment is 42 m². From the entrance area, the bedroom (with access to its own balcony) and the bathroom (with access to its own terrace) are accessible. The living/dining area with an open kitchen can be reached via a staircase to the upper floor.
