Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

At the Hotel MÄSERS Allgäuherz, 1.4 km away, you can have breakfast, eat in the restaurant or use the sauna. In the village, you will find restaurants, shops, an organic cheese dairy, a coffee roastery, an outdoor swimming pool and much more. The city of Kempten, with its culture and shopping, is only 8 km away.

The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)
