Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Beautiful spacious apartment for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment is approximately 95 m², with a terrace of approximately 45 m² and a balcony of 6 m². Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.
