The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich–in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft, die von Wiesen, Feldern und Wäldern umgeben ist. Die lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft ist mit elektrischen Rollläden und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Lebensmittel / Bäckerei gibt es direkt Vorort. Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Welcome to your small, fine accommodation home. It is only about 15 minutes by car ( 18 km) to the airport port of Munich and the beautiful wellness spa Erding is only about 20 minutes away by car. You will live quietly on the outskirts of the village in a newly renovated tiny apartment & own garage. Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We offer you a few days of relaxation. The largest thermal spa in the world, the Therme Erding, is only 25 minutes away from us. Munich Airport can be reached in 20 minutes via the directly adjacent highway. An Edeka market offers everything for everyday life within a five-minute walk. Nearby is also a beautiful swimming lake.

Quiet, bright apartment in the north of Landshut

Das Appartement hat einen eigenen Eingang, über den Treppenabgang kommt man zum Vorraum mit einer Gadrobe. Im ersten Raum befindet sich eine Sitzcouch mit Tisch, Küchenzeile und TV. Durch einen offenen Durchgang kommt man in das Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, Bett 1,40 cm breit und Schreibtisch. Im Anschluss befindet sich die Schiebetür zur Dusche mit WC.
