The apartment has been awarded three stars by the DTV. It was completed in 2014, is on the 1st floor of a detached house surrounded by greenery. The residential area is very quiet and one of the best residential areas of Brühl. Parking is available on the street, 10 meters away. Wi-Fi, smart TV, DeLonghi espresso machine, Bluetooth jukebox. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.
