For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Between fields, meadows and forests lies the village of 2,500 inhabitants at 1,000 meters directly on the Patscherkofel, with magnificent mountain panorama and views of the Inn Valley. Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

Great flat with mountain view! The flat is your perfect starting point for a great time in the Kitzbühel Alps. Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.
