Private parking spot outside the house.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Welcome to the renovated and quiet home for max. 4 people. It has a spacious living-dining room, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hallway and private parking. My rooms have been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished. I hope to welcome guests who appreciate their beauty. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.
