Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. We rent a separate room with private bathroom, kitchen and TV on the 3rd floor of our historic tower house. The house is located on a turning hammer and in less than five minutes you are at the tram stop “Feierabendweg” from where you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Karlsruhe. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
