Borgo Stramare between Valdobbiadene and Segusino

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find ourselves among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

The "casera" of the two "cucher"

Small rustic cottage already used as a stable, finely restored in Dolomite style, maintaining the original architectural characteristics, bright and welcoming. On the ground floor, there is a living area consisting of an equipped kitchen. Living area with TV and traditional stube. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, two large and bright double bedrooms, exposed beams and overlooking the valley and Lake Santa Croce. Two parking spaces, large unfenced garden.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa dei Moch (the adjacent red house), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. Beautiful mountain house, surrounded by nature, in a fairytale landscape, in peace and silence. Wonderful view of the nearby lake of Santa Nei. In the surroundings, you can enjoy relaxing walks in wonderful places that the owner will be able to recommend. The heating is mixed with wood and electric stoves. The large and renovated outdoor wooden patio is completely enclosed so you can safely manage your pet.
