It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Ved Vemmingbund strand, nær ved Gendarmstien og med havkik, ligger vores skønne sommerhus Lærkebo. Perfekt til afslapning og/eller en vandretur. Lille charmerende sommerhus, med personlig indretning og mange hyggelige terrasser. Huset ligger i et roligt natur skønt område, ved foden af Dybbøl banke, med områdets bedste badestrand. Huset har brændeovn og varmepumpe. Kun ca. 10 min. fra Sønderborg og Gråsten, samt 30 min. fra Flensborg.

Lovely ocean view summer house on Fyn

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Velkommen til Søndergade 33 – et byhus fra 1811 lige ved torvet og kirken i Ærøskøbing. Gåafstand til alt i byen – færge, butikker, restauranter, strand etc. I har huset for jer selv og må bruge alt i huset. Ikke noget tv. Gratis wi-fi. OBS: Fra 1. juni til 1. september er Ærøskøbing spærret for biler. Man kan parkere to minutter fra huset – gratis og uden tidsbegrænsning.
