Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Bright and delicious home on 2 levels. The property is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is connected to Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fire pit. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the forest and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brickwork museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mølle and Historiecenter "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Univers 25 km. Flensborg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.
