Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Nice apartment with its own entrance in the 1930s district Zuilen. There is a spacious bedroom, a nice bathroom with bath and separate shower and a living room with simple kitchen unit, 34 m2 in total! For the young travelers, I would like to emphasize that the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. There are good bus connections with which you can be in the heart of the city center in 10 to 15 minutes and Amsterdam is also easily accessible.

You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)
