It is a duplex apartment with very high-quality complete equipment, a large south-facing terrace and great architecture. On the ground floor, there is a living and dining area with a fireplace and an open kitchen and counter, a utility room and a bathroom (shower/WC). On the attic floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and sauna (for a fee - €3/h). All rooms are very high quality and have underfloor heating. The bedrooms have roller blinds or external blinds.

The house has 3 bedrooms. Adjacent to the living area with integrated kitchen is the spacious terrace, which offers an outdoor dining area. The house has a TV in the living area as well as in two bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms with a shower and toilet.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
