The cottage has one underground and one above ground floor. It is located in a beautiful natural environment 3 km from the historical city center. From the cottage there is a bike path to the city. A narrower path leads to the cottage, accessible by car. There are three parking spots available. The property overlooks Austria, the Alps can be seen in ideal weather. There is a possibility to use the outdoor grill and seating in the accommodation. In the event of cold weather, the option to do the rooms with an electric heater and a wood-burning stove .

Seasonal transformation of the winter garden situated on a double garage near our family house to the special sunny studio with an exotic bathroom. You can choose to sleep on the double mattress (140x200 cm) situated on the elevated platform (3x2 m) or if requested to sleep separately, one person can sleep on a single mattress (85x200 cm) in the space under it. There are curtains to block the possible views from the side windows and terrace but in general you should have complete privacy there.
