Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

New, modern guest apartment in the attached part of the house. The studio apartment has three rooms connected by 4 or 7 steps. The middle room with living/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers great panoramic views of the castle and Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2-4 people. Large double bed, bunk bed in the upper room, sofa bed or folding bed. On request, use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine.

The living room and kitchen of the apartment Hilda on the ground floor, are ideal as common areas. The tile stove in the parlor, as well as the adjacent cuddle corner invite you to cozy hours in a convivial atmosphere. The total living area is about 202 m2, the beautiful terrace offers plenty of space on an additional 100 m2.

Right in the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, bike‘n‘board lodge. Directly at the entrance to Schliefwaldtobel and only 10min walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill barbecue garden, which is for your sole use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.
