Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Quietly located, you can reach the city center and shopping in 5 minutes. 300 meters away, the Val Blu resort (wellness/gym) beckons. Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn Exhibition Park is 25 minutes away, and the Brandnertal Bike Park is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the view of the mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are within walking distance, and in winter the journey is also easy without winter equipment.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

A wide glass front against SW ensures plenty of natural light and plenty of natural heat even inside the apartment. The proximity to the city centre will also inspire you: all important infrastructure facilities – both in summer and winter – and many excellent restaurants can be easily reached on foot. This apartment also appeals to friends of clear, simple design. Access is without steps and you can easily reach the underground car park by elevator.

Right in the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, bike‘n‘board lodge. Directly at the entrance to Schliefwaldtobel and only 10min walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill barbecue garden, which is for your sole use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.

Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The name says it all for these apartments, as local materials such as wood and stone were used in the construction. The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brand service, i.e. a warm, genuine hospitality can thus be felt.

The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.

Our young family with 2 children rent this new and modern 2 bedroom apartment in Vandans. Our house is beautiful, very quiet and located directly under the forest in the Vorarlberg Alps. Our guests can enjoy the wonderful view and tranquility of the forest from the large windows and from their private terrace with its own garden section.
