The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Chalet 2 can accommodate up to four people. It has a living room with fireplace, a dining area with adjoining terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a ski room, an outdoor sauna with outdoor relaxation area. An electric vehicle can be charged in the carport. All areas of the chalet are exclusively available to our guests of Chalet 2. There is free WiFi and 2 TVs with satellite reception and access to streaming offers (use own codes).
