beautifull detached former country

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

Typical stone land house on a hillside area, just 25 minutes’ drive from Lucca. A green area equipped with gazebo and long chairs is just 15 mt from the house. It's the perfect solution for those looking for some peace and quiet, nestled by nature. Ideally conceived as a base to visit Lucca and its beautiful surroundings. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.
