You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming longère renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wifi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags!
