The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. Comfortable and cozy apartment, surrounded by greenery in the beautiful Talvera park, with bike paths and wonderful walks along the river. Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.
