A beautiful newly built chalet (2018) on the water, centrally located in the heart of the Netherlands with cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam (Eurovision 2020-Ahoy), Gouda and The Hague just a 30-minute drive away. Zandvoort 47 km. The chalet has underfloor heating and an attractive pallet stove and has 58 m2 of space. Layout: living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed, separate toilet, bathroom with shower & sink and separate room with washing machine and dryer.

Droomhuis met sprookjestuin op een unieke locatie direct aan het water. Beneden openkeuken en ruime woonkamer met opendeuren en uitzicht op bloemrijke tuin en het water. Boven zijn drie slaapkamers met dubbel bed en een badkamer. In de tuin is het bijhuis met slaapbank. Er is ook een grote trampoline en kano tot uw beschikking. Prive motorboot appart te huur voor prachtige tochten en waterplezier. Huis ligt nabij openbaar vervoer. Gouda, Utrecht, Den Haag en Rotterdam op 30 minuten afstand.

With a canoe or pedal boat, you can go into nature from your own jetty. You can also take the boat from the nature cottage for a round trip over various Reeuwijkse Plassen. You can operate the bridges you encounter yourself. Or you can take the boat to visit the city of Gouda for a day.
