We offer a beautiful newly built furnished apartment (80 m²) in the heart of the Middle Alb biosphere reserve. The apartment is located on the outskirts with adjoining meadows. A bike and hiking trail runs directly along the property with a garden for shared use, playgrounds within walking distance. The town centre with a grocery store, café and post office is 1.5 km away. Valleys with their heathland, ruins and caves are popular excursion destinations, as is the Biosphere Centre in Münsingen.

Active vacationers have countless opportunities to discover the beautiful landscape here - those who prefer to relax can simply make themselves comfortable. The building is a 1-story wooden house (57 square meters). Two beds in the bedroom, two more on the sleeping platform (accessible via a ladder staircase). The cozy furnishings are consistently modern and high quality.

Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! From the underground parking space, it is a few steps by elevator to the apartment with balcony balcony, on the second floor.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request
