The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Gli ospiti hanno accesso all’intero appartamento al piano superiore della villa, con entrata indipendente. Ambiente adatto per famiglie ed amici, ospita fino 5 persone. All’esterno: piscina, giardino e barbecue. 3 Biciclette disponibili gratuitamente. I proprietari hanno 2 cani nel loro giardino privato: Creed ed Eja.

In a typical Old Milan "ringhiera" (with shared balconies) house, a cozy, bright and very quiet two-room apartment. Five-minute walk to the metro stop, near the Prada Foundation and several restaurants and pubs. The apartment is well organized: the living room with dining area, work space and comfortable sofa bed; the bedroom with double bed and desk. The outdoor space is pleasant for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the sky and rooftops. Very fast wifi: 420 mbps

The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen
