Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

From the house and from the terrace, you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. With a magnificent view of Finkelberg and Kreuzberg, you can relax. Simply feel good on the covered terrace and listen to the calls of the red kite.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
