A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Our almost 30 m² apartment is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the forest in Lorch Waldhausen. The rooms are partly completely renovated (April 2025) see pictures. Parking is available for free on the side of the road. Ideal connection also by public transport, e.g. (VVS) Stuttgart, Schorndorf or also to Schwäbisch Gmünd in half an hour. The region is also recommended for hiking or cycling, among other things. The geographic center is located in the village.

I'm glad you ended up on our site! Our cozy, 35 sqm apartment has 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen. In the bedroom there is a spacious double bed, wardrobe, table with 2 chairs and a TV. In the living room there is a dining table with 2 chairs, a sofa bed and an armchair. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Spices and oils, coffee and tea are at your leisure. A sitting area with table is in front of the house. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Our small guest room with own bathroom and separate entrance is offered. Amenities include: - Single bed (90 x 200 cm) - Small kitchenette (toaster, microwave, 1 induction hot plate, Senseo machine, fridge) - TV - Sitting area - Small wardrobe - Bathroom - Underfloor heating - Guest Wi-Fi The room does not have a dishwasher or a washing machine. In one corner of the apartment is our sauna, which does not bother and is not connected there.
