Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Beautiful flat in the most exciting part of Berlin

There is no better place to stay in Berlin as the district of Friedrichshain. It's full of bars, clubs and cheap restaurants. As soon as you step onto the street, the colorful life of Berlin welcomes you. But when you're inside the apartment or when you're relaxing in the sun on the balcony, you feel like in a village. On top of that, it is only 400 meters to the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station, from where you only need 15 minutes to the airport, the main train station or the Brandenburg Gate.

Perfect for families with kids (140 qm plus 1000qm garden) - own sandpit and playground : Join the life of Berlin and still enjoy peace! Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere. We rent a large house with a very nice furnishing and decor (good for families with kids on Berlin visit). Biesdorf is very conveniently located, you can enjoy the nature and the quiet but is within 15-20 minutes in the city center.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world and will make our guests' stay pleasant. If you wish to stay longer, just ask.
