This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

It has a large double bed, TV, WIFI, aircon (june - september), heating, wardrobe, table, chairs ... Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Checkin and key collection takes place at a partner accommodation. (distance 700 meters) . City tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price.

The bedroom is at the ground floor, on a quiet little street, very silent at night. Guests can also make use of the living area on the 1st floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen shared with the guests of the other bedrooms.
