In Bad Saulgau (7 km) and Bad Buchau (9 km) there are excellent thermal baths with the best wellness offer. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Our place is in Ochsenhausen, close to Biberach an der Riss, Ulm and Memmingen. You'll love our place because of the cozy apartment in a very friendly neighborhood. The view from our balcony to the historic monastery complex and the shopping facilities within walking distance is also particularly beautiful. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers/fitters, and families (with kids, too).

You will find a cozy, bright apartment on the top floor of an old villa, in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk to the market square. My daughter lived there very happily for almost 7 years.
