Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Ook beschikt het over een zonnig privé terrasje met een zitje. Er zijn twee basic fietsen die tijdens het verblijf als extra service gebruikt kunnen worden. In de Badkamer zijn handdoeken, föhn, zeep en shampoo aanwezig. In de keuken vindt u een NESPRESSO, waterkoker, koelkast, een combi-oven en 2-pits kookplaat.

Cosy studio in the centre of the village of Driehuis. Our studio is located between IJmuiden and Santpoort, with plenty of opportunities for cycling (to the beach, the sea and the dunes). The bus and train are just a 2-minute walk away, and it's 8 minutes to Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. The studio is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry from IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes . The studio has its own entrance .

Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
