Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

The apartment is located in the attic of the Auerberghaus above Lechbruck. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. On the 1st floor of the house we also rent four double rooms/bathroom/breakfast and use of the communal kitchen. Lechbruck is a tourist insider tip, ideal for hiking, cycling, only 20 minutes from feet and the royal castles.
