For 4 persons, the apartment is designed, 2 persons can additionally sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (a total of 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: kitchen-living room with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station(Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about a 5-minute walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank about 2-3 minutes walk, supermarket about a 10-minute walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The apartment is located in a very quiet location outside the village near the forest. Attractive excursion destinations can be easily reached by bike, car or boat. Das helle, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 40 m²) mit großem Balkon liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und am Bodenseeradweg. Ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodensee und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils ca. 4 km. Ein Parkplatz und schnelles WLAN sind inbegriffen.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage. Schnelles Internet und NETFLIX.
